USE OF OUR ONLINE SHOP
Currently, only individuals who are normally resident in the United Kingdom may use our online shop. An order may be placed using our online order form. We do not accept orders from individuals or businesses outside the UK.
Any order for goods placed via our online order form shall be deemed to be an offer by you, the buyer, to purchase goods pursuant to our terms and conditions. You, the buyer, shall be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the details provided in your order.
In placing an order you confirm that:
- you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts;
- you are at least 18 years old;
- you are resident in the UK;
- you are placing your order from within the UK; and
- all details provided on your order for the purpose of purchasing the goods are correct.
The price payable for goods that you order is clearly set out in our website. All prices are stated in GBP (British Pounds) and are inclusive of all taxes and duties applicable within the UK. Our prices exclude delivery costs (please see Delivery Information below) but you will be advised of the cost of delivery on our website at the time your order is placed. We reserve the right to alter the prices of goods on offer online at any time without prior notice. If, in error, we have under-priced any goods we will not be liable to supply those goods to you at the stated price provided that we notify you before we despatch the goods concerned. Similarly, should we make an error in the description of the goods, we will not be liable to supply the goods described provided that we notify you before we despatch the goods concerned. In these situations we may cancel your order provided we refund any payments you have made.
STOCK AVAILABILITY AND ACCEPTANCE OF ORDERS
The supply of all of our goods is subject to availability. If we are unable to fulfil your order we will contact you within 3 working days of receiving your order. We shall not be obliged to accept an order unless all details requested have been provided correctly.
THE CONTRACT BETWEEN US
The contract between us shall be formed at the point when we actually despatch the goods to you that you have ordered. At any point up until the point of despatch while we are processing your order we may decline to supply the goods to you without giving any reason. If we exercise this option, orders may not be transferred from you to any other person but we will refund any payments you have made.
Payment for goods can be made by any Visa or Mastercard credit card, Visa Delta or Maestro debit card, Paypal or BACS. Authority for payment must be given at the time of order. You will be automatically charged for your order once the order has been acknowledged. Our liability to you in connection with any order will not exceed the total price charged for the goods ordered.
Please note that we can currently only arrange for goods to be delivered to addresses within the UK. Delivery options are postcode sensitive and will be made by courier to the address you have entered on the order. Please note we cannot deliver to PO Boxes. If you request a delivery to a business, we shall consider the delivery to have been successful if it is delivered to a reception area and signed for by a representative at that address. We will not accept any liability for late or failed delivery if the quoted address is incorrect or incomplete. Please check the delivery address before placing your order if you are at all uncertain.
Under our Standard Delivery Service option, goods will normally be delivered within 7 working days of you placing the order.
If goods fail to arrive within 14 days from the date of your order, please contact us by completing the online enquiry form. Whilst we will make every effort to arrange delivery of your order in the agreed timescale we will not accept any liability if we fail to do so due to circumstances beyond our control. In the event that the goods are returned to us by the courier due to non-delivery we will give you the option of either resending the goods at your expense or refunding the purchase price less the delivery charges.
Please note that delivery options are more limited in the weeks leading up to Christmas and as such different terms apply. Details of options available will be provided at the time of placing your order.
RECEIPT OF GOODS
If you or your chosen recipient will not be at the delivery address at the time of delivery and wish us to leave your goods in a safe place or with a neighbour, please advise us at the time of order. In this situation, the courier will put a card through the door of the delivery address to confirm where the goods have been left. Assuming that your instructions were followed, we cannot accept responsibility for any subsequent loss or damage to the order.
Please check your consignment on arrival and report any damage immediately by completing the online enquiry form. Any claims for breakage or leakage are only accepted within 2 days of delivery.
Please be aware that some multi-case orders may get separated when being delivered by couriers. If you do not receive the whole of your order within three working days of the first delivery please contact us.
RETURNS & REFUNDS RE PRODUCT QUALITY ISSUES
We hope that you will be happy with your purchase. However, should you feel it necessary to return an item because it is faulty or different to that ordered we aim to make the returns process as simple as possible. If you believe that there is a product quality issue, please contact us by completing the online enquiry form within 2 days of delivery. In normal circumstances we will arrange for a courier to collect the goods from you within 7 days of you contacting us. On receiving the goods back we will then refund the credit/debit card or Paypal account used to make the purchase within 7 days. Please therefore retain any damaged goods and packaging for this process.
You may cancel your order altogether by contacting us within 2 days of taking delivery of the goods. Goods must be returned to us unopened, sealed and in original condition together with the original invoice within 7 days of notifying us of the cancellation. We will refund the purchase price within 30 days of you notifying us about the return. The cost of returning the product will be the responsibility of the purchaser. Liability for loss or damage during the return transit will also be the responsibility of the purchaser.
If we fail to deliver the goods within 10 days of the specified date offered at the time of order, please let us know. If you choose to cancel the order we will reimburse the full price paid.
We will only arrange refunds in respect of returned gifts where this is sought by the person who placed the original order.
All goods ordered remain our property until full payment has been received.
SALE OR RETURN
We can sometimes arrange for orders involving multiple bottles to be made on a sale or return basis. If you would like further details on this option please contact us using the online enquiry form. Please note, charges will be levied for collecting any items that are to be returned.
